How to Begin

Give me a call so we can talk about what you are looking for. Our 1st meeting will give you the chance to see how it feels, if there is a connection or not.  There are many therapists and many counseling styles and approaches, it's important to find a licensed therapist who feels right for you. I also offer a free 30 minute consultation if needed.

Fee and Insurance: 

My fee for each session is $150. I offer a sliding scale for those who need it. I currently work with Anthem/Blue Cross and Cigna. If you have a different insurance, your plan may allow you to see an "outside provider" and reimburse a percentage of your cost. Please confer with your insurance company to find out if this is an option under your plan.
