A NEW Class! Letting Go: Mindfulness and Anxiety, Tools For Life

If you find anxiety or stress to be an issue or even if you just want to know more about how to calm down a bit, this class is for you! This is a basic step one kind of class, where we will practice and play together with mindfulness. Using simple tools to become more aware of the moment and find out why and how that is useful!
